To achieve a high level of quality for our products, Zagro invested heavily in the construction of its premix plant worth US$8 million. The plant features a computerized manufacturing hardware by Buhler, Ag Switzerland. It also consists of two Forberg mixers with a 1.5 metric ton capacity each.
The mixers use the Fluidized Zone Mixing System, offering high-quality mixes by providing homogeneous mix and short mixing time, thus preventing heat generation in the batch.
The state-of-the-art plant also uses the micro and macro bins for automatic weighing and dosing of vitamins and minerals under the control of Buhler Data Software.
