Description
Colizag 100 contains Colistin Sulphate which is the drug of choice against many gram-negative organisms. It is especially active against Escherichia coli, Salmonella sp., Klebsiella sp. and Shigella sp. It acts on the bacterial membrane and induces osmotic leakage which causes bacterial lysis.
Colizag 100 is also used for the prevention and control of gastrointestinal tract infection in pigs and poultry. It is effective against bacteria susceptible to Colistin, particulary the diarrhea causing colibacillosis and salmonellosis. It can also be used in situations where the poultry farm operation is infected with fowl cholera, infectious coryza and pasteurellosis.

Starter Mix 100 g per ton of feed.
Grower/Finisher Mix 20-50 g per ton of feed.
Layer Mix 100 g per ton of feed.
Swine
Starter Mix 200-400 g per ton of feed.
Grower Mix 50-100 g per ton of feed.
Finisher Mix 20-50 g per ton of feed.
Note: Withdrawal period should be 3 days before slaughter.
Contraindications:
Do not use during the laying period in Layers.
Storage Recommendation:
Store in a cool dry place (below 30oC); protected from heat and light and keep tightly
sealed.
